Main functions and features
■ The emergency switchboard can operate, protect and monitor the emergency generator set, distribute power to the ship's power system, safely and reliably transmit electricity to relevant load equipment, implement overload, undervoltage, winding high temperature and other protections for the emergency generator, and can effectively, quickly and accurately cut off the fault when the power supply system fails to ensure that the loss is minimized.
■ Under normal circumstances, the main switchboard can supply power to the emergency switchboard through the connecting circuit breaker; when the main distribution loses power, the emergency generator automatically starts, the emergency generator circuit breaker automatically closes, the connecting circuit breaker opens, and the emergency switchboard is powered by the emergency generator alone.
■ The cabinet type of the emergency switchboard is independently developed and designed by the company, and has successfully passed the impact, vibration, tilt and swing, damp heat, mold, salt spray and other environmental tests in the GJB150.18-86 and GJB150A-2009 military equipment environmental tests. The emergency switchboard can work continuously and effectively under the ship environment conditions with relative air humidity ≤95%, condensation, salt spray, oil mist, mildew, shock, vibration and the vibration environment conditions specified in GJB4000-2000.
■ The products can apply for and obtain marine product inspection certificates from classification societies such as CCS, ABS, GL, BV, KR, RINA, and DNV.
